Fresh palomino grapes aged outdoors in roasted white oak barrels using a 60-year-old California family dish. California apricot wine is added during aging to create a soft and amber aromatic and floral finish. The smoked apricot notes of our sherry vinegar make the lentils sing. Sherry and chopped shallots make a lovely vinaigrette with our Ultra EVO. Making mouth water in abundant soups of autumn chopped shallots makes a lovely vinaigrette mixed with O Ultra Premium EVO.
